Elevation changes everything.
I photograph landscapes from above, transforming familiar terrain into abstract compositions of line, color, and texture. What begins as coastline becomes brushstroke. What seems ordinary reveals itself as extraordinary.
My approach relies on three distinct lenses, each bringing its own perspective and atmosphere to the work. One compresses distance and flattens terrain into graphic patterns. Another expands the frame to capture sweeping context. The third isolates intimate details within vast landscapes. This technical versatility allows each image to convey precisely the feeling a scene demands.
Each photograph is the result of careful timing and vision—waiting for light to strike at the precise angle, for water to recede to the perfect level, for elements to align in ways that only exist for moments.
These photographs are produced as limited edition prints on archival paper, available to collectors who appreciate the intersection of landscape and abstraction.
